Information provided when contacting the firm
Browsing the website does not require identifying details. If you choose to contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, your contact details and inquiry will be used to respond, clarify the request and provide services as needed. Providing this information is optional; without necessary information, we may be unable to handle your inquiry. Opening an external service link is also subject to its policy. Do not send identification details, medical information, financial documents or passwords that are unnecessary; arrange an appropriate channel with the firm for sensitive documents.
Website hosting and security
The website is hosted on ChatGPT Sites infrastructure and uses Cloudflare services. Hosting and security providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, page addresses and request times, to operate and secure the website and resolve faults. This processing is separate from data entered into the calculator. Information may also be processed on providers' infrastructure outside Israel, subject to their applicable arrangements and policies.
Cookies and local storage
- Security—Cloudflare: A hosting-response check identified the cookie __cf_bm, which helps protect against automated traffic and bots. According to the provider's documentation, it expires after approximately 30 minutes of inactivity. It is not an advertising cookie of the firm.
- Accessibility preferences: are stored in the browser using localStorage under afargan-access. You can reset them in the accessibility panel.
- Annual return checkboxes: selections and the tax year are stored locally under annual-report-checklist-v1. These are selection identifiers and a year, not document contents or amounts. Even these limited details may indicate the topics of your documents. The checklist code does not send them to the firm.
- Capital declaration checkboxes: selections are stored locally under capital-declaration-checklist-v1. You can clear the current checklist or fully delete both checklists and all years; download files are created on the user's device.
Local storage remains in the browser until cleared using the website options or browser settings. Blocking essential components may affect website functionality or preference storage.
Calculator data
The maternity allowance calculator performs calculations locally in the browser. Its code does not send inputs or results to the website servers, the firm or National Insurance, and does not save them in persistent storage. They are used only to display the estimate. A detailed notice appears after the form, with a short disclaimer in the result. Printing or saving a PDF creates a copy controlled by the user; the clear button cannot delete these copies or information independently saved by the browser.
Review images and external services
The reviews page displays local user icons only, without loading Google profile images. Opening an external review or a service such as WhatsApp, a social network or National Insurance is your choice and is subject to the relevant provider's policy.
Browsing measurement and advertising
At the time this update was prepared, Google Analytics, the Meta pixel and user-session recording tools were not embedded in the website code. There is no need to consent to measurement tools that are not operating. If nonessential tools are added in the future, we will update the information and choice mechanism before activation, as required by law. Calculator data and form fields will not be included in the planned measurement.
Sharing, retention and rights
Information provided to the firm may be handled by authorized staff and service providers needed to respond, or disclosed under a legal obligation. It will be retained for the time necessary for its purpose, professional obligations and legal requirements, not indefinitely merely because you browsed the site. You may contact the firm with questions, to exercise access and correction rights, or to request deletion where permitted by law. We may request proportionate identity verification before handling a request.
Browsing information held by infrastructure providers is also subject to their policies and control. We will review inquiries according to the law and our ability to address them.
Changes and contact
