An original illustration inspired by a business dashboard: metrics, a chart and a table. This is not a Paperless screenshot, does not show client records and does not promise the interface or reports you will receive.

We use Paperless to organise documents digitally. You share the records, the bookkeeper reviews and records them, and the firm handles reporting within the agreed scope.

  1. Open and configure your account

The firm opens the account, connects your business and explains the app and document channels. We agree what records are needed and when.

  2. Upload expense documents

Photograph and upload through the app, or use the dedicated email or WhatsApp channels we provide. Send complete, readable documents and retain originals according to the instructions.

  3. Issue income documents digitally

We explain how to issue invoices and receipts using the tools configured for the business, according to the document type and applicable obligations. If you have an existing system, we coordinate its role in the process.

  4. The bookkeeper reviews and records

We review documents, check data and classification and request missing information when needed. Uploading is the start of the process, not automatic confirmation that every expense is deductible.

  5. Access reports and information

After records are processed, you can review the reports and information available in your account. Access depends on permissions and systems used by the business. We explain where to find the information and how to read it.

  6. The firm handles reporting

Using the reviewed records, we handle VAT, advance-payment and other reports according to the business's obligations and agreed service. We contact you if documents are missing or clarification is needed.

Digital in the workflow, personal in the service. Behind the documents and reports are people who review, explain and support the work.
